Couples Intensive
Intensives are not an ideal fit for everyone. As the name suggests our time working together is powerful & requires commitment. As a result, an ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Intensives give us all the focused time we need to do intensive work custom-fit to your relationship for an entire weekend. The investment you make now will have long-term returns. After the weekend, I will create a treatment plan tailored to you to implement for sustain and continue onward with our progress.
Cost & Options
IN-PERSON - 5K
​16-hour weekend intensive. Therapy will be conducted 8 hours a day from 9 to 6:30 PM with a 90-minute lunch break. There will be two additional 15-min breaks a day for snacks/movement. This will take place out of my Cherry Creek office. This package includes 2 post-intensive follow-up/tune-up sessions. Hotel/flight cost is not included.

TELEHEALTH - 5K​
16-hour weekend intensive from the comfort of your own home. Clients must have high-speed internet. Therapy will be conducted 8 hours a day from 9 to 6:00 PM with a 60-minute lunch break. There will be two additional 15-min breaks a day for snacks/movement. This package includes 2 post-intensive follow-up/tune-up sessions.

Who are VIP-Services Geared Towards
If you are experiencing tension or trouble in your relationship or relationships, you may be questioning whether you should stay, feeling stuck, experiencing disappointment, hopelessness, shame, or simply want to do prevention work. Intensives are the equivalent of 4 months of therapy and can help fast-track your progress. Intensives are not for everyone and require a significant commitment both in regards to time and resources. After an intensive, you will get a clear map of how to best move forward, and both receive a customized plan as you reintegrate your lives with more clarity & confidence.​

A Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy® (PACT), developed by Dr. Stan Tatkin, is a fusion of attachment theory, developmental neuroscience, and arousal regulation. PACT has a reputation for effectively treating the most challenging couples.
