What to Expect with Fertility Counseling...

Embarking on a fertility journey can be a very vulnerable and sacred chapter of life. Family planning is not always a linear road. (In)fertility can be taxing on a couple's or individual's mental health. This can impact how we experience sex and our bodies and uncover unexpected emotions. We will do an attachment intake for the first session, and I will gather some background—with subsequent sessions clocking in at about 50 minutes.

The intakes consist of me getting to know you (and your partner) and your situation. We will discuss your family planning goals, what you have tried, and what you have not. I will also get to know your particular situation regarding bodily health, mental health, and your community support and/or medical support team. We will discuss your goals and work together to support you during this journey!
